I bought a big bowl of these glass candies several years ago. Why???? I don’t know. I paid too much for them but I was sure I had to have them. LOL It has been fun to get them out of a sandwich bag so they can look cute on a tree. Most folks just hang the candy pieces with cord, but I think they get lost on the tree. I wanted them to have some personality and a little pizzazz so I wire wrapped them with pretty gold beads.
Wire wrapping is so easy, just make a swirl, hold it tight while you wrap the wire around the “candy wrapper” and leave a tail to add beads and make a loop to hang.
Next add some beads and make a loop at the top to hang.
I think my glass candies got an upgrade with the gold beads, but they would also be cute and whimsical if they had matching color beads.
Now they really stand out on the tree!

Good thing you did the gold beads as someone might think they were really candy (like a kid) and try to bite down – yikes, there go the molars!)
