These cute little gift tags are courtesy of some junk mail that was tucked inside my mail box this morning!
I usually check my junk mail for cool fonts for my FREE MAGAZINE FONT organizer and as I flipped thourgh the pages I noticed page after page had stacks of pretty gift boxes tied with ribbon.
My first thought was the stacks of presents tied with bows would make cute ornaments, but I don’t need any cardboard ornaments. However the thought slowly dawned on me I could use some bright colored gift tags! So a cool repurposing craft was born.
I glued the stacked box images to thin cardstock with glue stick and cut them out.
All that’s left to do is attach baker’s string and write on a “To & From” for a fun, original and functional junk mail recycle project.
I scanned in my original tags for you to print out for some colorful gift tags minus the baker string.
