Effort! Yes if we want a good result it takes some effort. Maybe even some blood, sweat and tears. If you have a God-given talent it is wise to exercise it because that is what you were born to do. Talent only gets us so far, that is where effort comes in. My advice to folks who are STUCK…get up and put some effort into what you know you were born to do!
